摘要
文章对茄子和水稻幼苗喷施不同浓度木醋液处理,取样叶片测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。结果表明,不同稀释倍数木醋液均对植物体内保护性酶活性有不同程度提高,500倍稀释液木醋液对茄子叶片保护性酶活性提高综合效果显著,400倍稀释液木醋液对水稻幼苗保护性酶活性提高综合效果显著;而100倍稀释液木醋液与对照组相比效果显著,但对作物伤害较大。可为木醋液在农业领域的应用提供参考。
To study the effect of pyroligneous acid on protective enzymes of eggplant and dce seedlings, eggplant and rice seedlings were sprayed with different concentrations pyroligneous acid. Samples of leaves were collected and the enzyme acitivities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) were measured. The results showed that different dilutions of pyroligneous acid would help to enhance the enzyme activity of protective enzyme. The pyroligneous acid on protective enzyme of eggplant leaves and dce seedings was the most remarkable at 500-fold and 400-fold dilution, respeciUvely. However, the plants were damaged at 100-fold diluted pyroligneous acid compared to the control treatment. The results will provide a reference for pyroligneous acid agricultural application.
