膜保护废弃茶对废水中铬的吸附研究

摘要 以废弃茶为低成本吸附剂,采用微孔膜将其封装成"吸附包"去除制革废水中铬,此膜保护吸附形式易实现吸附剂与溶液分离,可避免分散吸附的繁琐步骤及吸附剂的损失和污染。结果表明茶叶可通过物理和化学作用吸附铬,吸附性能与活性炭相近,泡过的茶叶因保留活性基团仍有较好的吸附性能。室温条件下,茶叶用量为1000mg时,120min可达吸附平衡,铬去除率为94.9%,饱和吸附量为8.4mg·g^(-1)。0.1mol·L^(-1)HCl可实现90%以上铬的解吸,再次利用铬去除率为50.4%。 Tea was used as a low-cost adsorbent for the removal of chromium (Cr) ions from waste water. A membrane-packaged model consisting of expired tea was employed. It could avoid the cumbersome steps of dispersing adsorbent into aqueous solution, and the loss and pollution of adsorbent. The adsorption performance of tea for Cr was similar with the activated carbon. The spent tea treated with boiling water even showed slight lower adsorbing properties attribute to the residual functional groups. The adsorption equilibrium achieved after 120 rain using 1000 mg of tea under room temperature. The removal of Cr ions reached 94.9% with maximum adsorption amount of 8.4mg·g^-1 of Cr ions on tea. With 0.1mol·L^-1 HCl solution as an eluent, desorption extent was more than 90%. After that, it was reused and the removal of Cr was 50.4%.
