摘要
目的探讨同质化管理对口腔医院门诊护士综合素质和工作满意度的影响。方法口腔医院门诊自2015年起对45名低年资护理人员实施同质化管理,主要措施有分阶段综合培训、组织支持、团体游戏、建立信任机制等,比较管理前后护士综合素质、护理质量及工作满意度的变化。结果同质化管理后,护士的综合素质评分与护理质量评分均较管理前有了显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护士在工作模式、层级管理、在职培训等方面的工作满意度较管理前有了显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同质化管理有效提高了口腔医院门诊低年资护士的综合素质和护理质量,改善了护士对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the influence of homogeneous management on the comprehensive quality and job satisfaction of clinic junior nurses in stomatological hospital. Methods A total of 45 clinic junior nurses in stomatological hospital received homogeneous management since 2015. The main measures included multi-stage comprehensive training, organizational support, group games and establishment of trust mechanism. The changes of comprehensive quality, nursing quality and job satisfaction of nurses before and after the management were compared. Results After the implementation of homogeneous management, the comprehensive quality score and nursing quality score of junior nurses were significantly higher than before, and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). The job satisfaction in the aspects working mode, stratified management on-and the-job training of nurses was significantly improved compared with that before management, and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Homogeneous management can improve the comprehensive quality, nursing quality and job satisfaction of clinic junior nurses in stomatological hospital effectively.
