摘要
为实现资源及成本的优化使用,针对ZF15000/26/40型掩护式液压支架的改造开展探究。在分析支架主要问题的基础上提出相应的改造方案,并对改造后应用效果进行分析。结果表明:支架改造后使用效果良好,在有效保障井下生产顺利进行的同时实现了资源的优化使用与投资成本的大幅节约,经济效益显著。
To achieve the optimized use of resources and costs, this paper studied the transformation of ZF15000/26/40 shield type hydraulic pressure support. On the basis of analyzing the main problems of the support, the corresponding scheme of reform was put forward, and its effect of application after transformation was analyzed. The results showed that the effect after transformation was good which not only effectively guaranteed the smooth going of underground production and made the optimization use of resources and substantial investment cost saving possible, but also achieved remarkable economic benefit.
