摘要
随着对心房颤动(房颤)的重视,越来越多房颤患者被发现,随之房颤负荷这个名字出现。有很多实验证明房颤负荷与缺血性脑卒中相关。有研究正在试图结合房颤负荷与CHADS2评分评估脑卒中风险,以此指导抗凝治疗。文中对房颤负荷与缺血性脑卒中关系的研究进展作一综述。
With the emphasis on atrial fibrillation（AF）, more and more patients with atrial fi brillation were found. Then the atrial fi brillation burden appeared, there were a lot of experiments proved that AF burden was associated with ischemic stroke. In order to guide the anticoagulant therapy, some experiments were trying to combine AF burden with CHADS2 score to assess the risk of stroke. The latest related literature of the relationship between atrial fi brillation burden and ischemic stroke were reviewed.
