摘要
以某350MW机组运行低温省煤器的数据为例,结合运行经验和相关性能试验,加装低温省煤器后,可有效回收锅炉余热,降低了汽机热耗。同时,还降低了飞灰比电阻,提高了静电除尘器的除尘效率。因此,对于同类机组的升级改造,增设低温省煤器是提高节能环保的有效手段。
Taking the operating data of low temperature economizer in a 350 MW unit as an example, combined with the operation experience and the related performance test, after installing low temperature economizer, the boiler waste heat can be effectively recovered and the steam turbine heat consumption can be reduced. At the same time, the fly ash ratio resistance is reduced, and the dust removal efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator is improved. Therefore, it is an effective means to improve the energy saving and environmental protection for the upgrading and transformation of similar units.
