熏蒸剂对剥制动物标本皮毛力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以现代剥制技术制作的黄麂皮毛为实验对象,利用毛皮与皮革质量检验标准中的撕裂力、伸长率和抗张强度三个指标,对比了硫酰氟和紫苏精油两种熏蒸剂对动物标本皮毛力学性能的影响.结果显示,经硫酰氟熏蒸20个周期后,与对照组相比,其皮毛的撕裂力、伸长率和抗张强度分别下降了4.42%、10.08%和10.35%.;而经紫苏精油熏蒸后则分别上升了7.29%、16.14%和19.89%.这说明硫酰氟熏蒸会损害剥制动物标本皮毛的力学性能,而紫苏精油在防治虫害的同时,能对皮毛起到-定的保护作用,有望开发成为新型杀虫剂或驱避剂,广泛应用于博物馆有机质藏品保护领域. The paper described the different impacts of two fumigants (sulfuryl fluoride and essential oil of Per///a frutescens) on mechanical properties of tanned leather of Munt/acus muntja/c on the basis of the change in values of tear force, tensile strength and load elongation, which were widely used to evaluate the quality of the leather. Results indicated that tear force, tensile strength and load elongation decreased by 4.42%, 10.08% and 10.35% respectively after the fumigation of sulfuryl fluoride for 20 times, while those values increased by 7.29%, 16.14% and 19.89% with fumigation of the essential oil of Perilla frutescens. It was suggested that the mechanical properties of taxidermy could be damaged by the fumigation of sulfuryl fluoride. On the other hand, it also suggested that the essential oil of PeriHa frutescens play the role of protection for the mechanical properties of taxidermy during the period of fumigation against pests. Above all, the oil of Perilla frutescens is likely to be a new fumigant applying to the prevention and treatment of pests in museums.
