基于二维高速摄影系统的面内碰撞实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 以圆柱杆-圆盘为实验对象,进行面内对心正碰实验。研究利用激光测振仪(LDV)、应变片以及二维高速摄影系统准确测量碰撞实验的动态响应的方法,并综合对比其优缺点。实验结果显示,激光测振仪和应变片分别能准确测量单点的速度和应变响应;二维高速摄影系统能测量全场的速度和应变响应,进而对接触碰撞的应变变化过程进行观察,这也验证了数字图像相关(DIC)技术在低速碰撞领域的适用性。但在碰撞分离后,碰撞激发圆盘自由振动所引起的离面位移,会导致二维高速摄影系统所测的应变和速度产生较明显的虚假振荡。 In this study,an in-plane direct impact experiment was designed using a rod and a plane. Three methods were studied in measuring the responses of the experiment,laser-Doppler-vibrometer( LDV),strain gauge,and a high speed camera system. The advantages and disadvantages of the three methods were analyzed. The experiment indicates that LDV and strain gauge could measure the velocity and strain of a single point accurately,while the twodimensional high speed camera could measure the velocity and strain of whole pattern,which show the development of strain during the contact. The results demonstrate the applicability of the high-speed camera in studying low-speed impact.However,after the contact period,there are some obvious wave errors in the strain and velocity results of the twodimensional high speed camera owning to the out-plane displacements,which may be caused by the vibration of the plate.
