摘要
目的:应用品管圈(QCC)的方法和技巧,降低住院患者口服给药错误发生率。方法:首先建立品管圈质量控制小组、确定主题,然后通过制定行动计划、锁定目标,对住院患者口服给药错误原因进行调查,解析问题及分析主要原因,最后制定对策、组织实施、确认效果、对结果进行标准化、形成制度,使品管圈持续实行。结果:QCC活动后,住院患者口服给药错误发生率、延服率、服药时间错误率、漏服率均低于QCC活动前(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动在护理工作中切实可行,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To reduce the rate of wrong oral drug delivery in hospitalized patients by the application of quality control circles（ QCC） methods and techniques. Methods： First,the quality control team in the quality control circle should be established and the theme should be determined. Then through the development of action plans and targeting,the reasons for wrong oral drug delivery in the hospitalized patients were investigated and analyzed to find the main reasons. Finally,countermeasures were made and implemented. The effects and results were also checked to make standard system,promoting the quality control circle continuously. Results： After QCC activities,the rate of oral drug delivery errors,prolongation rate,medication time error rate and missed rate of drug taken in patients were lower than those before the implementation of QCC（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Quality control circle activity is feasible in nursing work and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
