摘要
目的探讨干预式健康教育模式在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法 40例糖尿病门诊患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各20例。对照组实施常规教育,观察组应用干预式健康教育模式。比较2组血糖控制效果、治疗依从性和糖尿病认知水平。结果干预后观察组餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖和糖化血糖蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组治疗依从性和糖尿病认知水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用干预式健康教育模式能够有效促进患者血糖控制水平,提高治疗治疗依从性和糖尿病认知水平。
Objective To observe the effect of health education intervention mode in nursing care of patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 40 outpatients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 20 cases in each group. The control group received the routing health education,while the observation group was given health education intervention mode. The efficacy of blood sugar control,treatment compliance and disease awareness of patients were compared between two groups. Results Levels of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2h PG),fasting blood glucose( FBG) and Hb A1 c were lower in the observation group than those in the control group after intervention( P〈0.01). Patients in the observation group had a better treatment compliance and disease awareness compared with those in control group( P〈0.05).Conclusion Application of health education intervention mode can effectively enhance the efficacy of blood sugar control and improve the treatment compliance and disease awareness in patients with diabetes mellitus.
