摘要
制备小牛血去蛋白提取物(Deproteinised Calf Blood Extract,DCBE)口腔凝胶剂,并对质量标准进行初步研究。采用CMC-Na为凝胶基质,羟苯乙酯为防腐剂,糖精钠为矫味剂,DCBE为主药,制备DCBE口腔凝胶剂,并通过呼吸实验建立DCBE含量测定方法。凝胶剂处方为:CMC-Na用量为1%,防腐剂用量为0.03%,矫味剂的用量为0.01%。呼吸活力应大于4.0μL·O_2/mg·h。结论:DCBE口腔凝胶剂制备工艺简单,质量控制方法可行。
The oral gel of Deproteinised Calf Blood Extraction （DCBE） was prepared and the standard for its qualitycontrol was established. Using CMC-Na as matrix, ethylparaben as preservative and sodium saccharin as a flavoringagent, the oral gel for DCBE was prepared, and the content of DEBC in gel was determined by the method of respirationtest. The prescription of DEBC gel was as follows： CMC-Na was 1% , ethylparaben was 0. 03% and sodium saccharinwas 0. 01%. The activity of respiration should be higher than 4.0μL·O2/mg·h. The preparation process of DCBE issample and the method of quality control is feasible.
