摘要
当今就业形势日趋严峻,职业指导在高职院校的就业环节起着极其重要的促进作用,学生实现高质量的就业对高质量的职业指导提出新要求。现有高职院校职业指导应该从领导重视、以生为本、健全机构、完善体系、有效沟通等方面来解决和完善就业指导课程内容,从而实现更高质量的职业指导。
Job hunting guidance plays an extremely important role in college students＇ employment in the social context of increasingly fierce competition. It sets a new demand for the college＇s job hunting guidance to improve students＇ employment. The paper puts forward that colleges should attach more importance to students＇ job hunting guidance,and set up and improve institutions with sound systems and effective communication. The job hunting guidance should be student-oriented,and the teaching content for job hunting guidance course should be improved so as to do a better job in college students＇ job hunting guidance.
