摘要
指出了随着痛风的发病率逐年升高,其反复复发和多种并发症已成为困扰当前临床治疗的重要问题.现有抗痛风西药在控制炎症和降低尿酸上短期疗效较肯定,但长期应用会导致诸多不良反应.鉴于我国民族医药在防治痛风方面有完整的理论体系和丰富的用药经验,为改进治疗方式和寻找安全可靠的抗痛风药物.查阅了近年来国内外的有关民族医药防治痛风的文献,重点从治则、治法、方药、疗效等方面阐述了各民族医药防治痛风的研究进展,为痛风新的治疗方式与药物开发提供科学依据.
The incidence of gout has been increasing recently. Gout may repeatedly attack and is usually accompanied by many complications, which has become an important issue in current clinic practice. In the present, some western anti-gout drugs have demonstrated positive and short-term efficacies in controlling inflammation and attenuating uric acid level. However, long-term use of them may lead to many side effects. Fortunately, China＇ s ethic medicine has an integrated theoretical system and abundant medical experiences in the prevention and treatment of gout. In order to ameliorate therapy methods and search for specific and safe anti-gout drugs, the present study reviewed the recent domestic and foreign literatures about the research advances in anti-gout ethnic drugs and put an emphasis on treatment rules, therapies, prescriptions and therapeutic effect to expound the research progress of the various ethnic medicine in the prevention and treatment of gout. This study will provide scientific basis for new treatments and drug developments of gout.
