摘要
肾上腺静脉取血术用于判断原发性醛固酮增多症患者的优势分泌侧,是其病因诊断的金标准,在国际上被广泛应用。但是该技术存在一定难度,在国内尚未广泛应用。笔者结合平时的工作体会和已发表的文献,在此交流一下对该技术的困惑与思考。
Adrenal vein sampling is used to determine whether autonomous hormone production is unilateral or bilateral in patients with primary aldosteronism. Adrenal vein sampling is a gold-standard etiological diagnostic test in primary aldosteronism,which is performed more frequently in foreign institutions. However,the technology has not been widely used in domestic institutions because of difficult procedure. The author use data from published literature and the clinical work experience to discuss the confusion and thinking of the technology.
