摘要
针对露天台阶爆破煤层底板与其毗邻的岩层力学性质差异较大,爆破时大块率高的问题,介绍一种改善煤层底板破碎效果的中深孔与浅孔联合布孔爆破方法。使用有限元分析软件LS-DYNA分析了联合布孔装药结构爆破过程中的应力分布规律,分析表明:联合布孔爆破方法相比传统中深孔爆破,增大了拉应力峰值,延长了拉应力对煤层底板有效作用时间;在宁夏大峰矿羊齿采区的应用实践表明,联合布孔爆破方法不仅改善了煤层底板的破碎效果,并大量节约了爆破生产成本。
In view of marked mechanical properties difference between seam floor and the adjoining rock in open-bench blasting, and high rate of boulder yield, the blasting method of medium-deep hole combined with shallow hole is applied to improve the crushing effect of seam floor. The finite element analysis software LS-DYNA is used to simulate the stress distribution rules in charging ways, the result shows that the method of combined arranging hole is found to conduct effects on increasing rock stress peak value and prolonging the acting time of effective stress on seam floor, as compared with the traditional deep hole blasting. Meanwhile, the practical application in Yang Chi anthracite mining area of Da Feng mining in Ning Xia province also confirms that this method improves the crushing effect of coal seam floor and reduces the cost greatly.
