摘要
固体介质中的爆炸冲击问题一直是爆炸力学领域研究的重点。利用LS-DYNA软件,对自由状态下四边形目标靶板在炸药浅埋地下50 mm时爆炸冲击作用下的动态响应进行仿真分析计算。在建模过程中,分别采用MM-ALE和IIM两种算法模拟浅埋炸药爆炸冲击;将仿真结果与试验结果相结合,从仿真结果精度和计算时间两个方面对比分析各仿真算法的优缺点。根据以上分析结果,同时提出将IIM与MM-ALE相结合的爆炸模拟加载方式,并与试验结果进行分析对比。结果表明:在兼顾模型计算精度和计算时间的条件下,IIM与MM-ALE结合的方法表现出较高的优越性,可以用于对炸药浅埋地下进行爆炸冲击的模拟。
The problems of explosion shock in solid medium have been the focus of the research on the mechanics of explosion. The LS-DYNA software was used to simulate the dynamic response of the quadrilateral target plate under free state for explosion impact loading which shallow buried 50mm. In the process of modeling, two methods of MM-ALE and IIM were used to model the shallow buried explosion impact;compared the simulation resuhs with the experiment regults to the advantages and disadvantages of each simulation methods in the accuracy of simulation resuits and computing time. Meanwhile, according to the above analysis results, a new method that coupling IIM with MM-ALE was put forward to simulate the shallow buried explosion impact, and compared the results with the test results. The comparison results show that under the conditions of the factors such as accuracy and computing time, coupling IIM with MM-ALE method has the obvious advantage, which can be used to simulate the explosion shock of the explosive shallow buried in sand.
