摘要
以贴梗海棠、西府海棠和垂丝海棠三种观赏海棠花粉为试验材料,采用花粉离体培养法,研究不同种类海棠花粉的生活力以及贮藏条件对其花粉生活力的影响。结果表明:贴梗海棠和西府海棠的花粉生活力较高,垂丝海棠的花粉生活力较低;随着贮藏时间的延长,花粉生活力均会逐渐下降;冷冻(-18℃)和冷藏(4℃)条件下的花粉可以较长时间保存,室温(25℃)条件下保存效果较差。
Using Chaenomeles speciosa,Malus micromalus and Malus halliana as experimental materials,the pollen viability and the influences of storage conditions on pollen viability were studied with in vitro pollen culture. The results showed that the pollen viability of Chaenomeles speciosa and Malus micromalus was higher than that of Malus halliana. There was a declining trend on pollen viability with the extension of storage time.In addition,the pollen could be saved for a longer time under the condition of frozen（-18℃） and cold（ 4℃） than that under room temperature（ 25℃）.
