石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测地下水中的镍

摘要 探讨了用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定地下水中镍的方法,结果表明:该法具有灵敏度高、干扰少、重现性好、操作简便快捷、使用设备和试剂简单等优点。经测定方法检出限为0.61μg/L,加标回收率为96.3%~109.8%,方法的精密度小于4%,曲线的相关系数大于0.999,适用于地下水中痕量镍的测定。 This thesis explored the method of using graphite furnace atomic absorption speetrophotometry to measure nickel in underground water,whiehhad the advantages of high sensitivity, low interference, good reproducibility, easy operation, simple equipment and reagent etc. It was found that the method detection limit was 0.61 ug/L, adding standard recovery rate was 96.3%- 109.8%, method accuracy was lower than 4%, and correlation coefficient of curve was higher than 0.999 after conducting determination, the result of which indicated the method was applicable to measuring nickel in underground water.
