摘要
为了提高古建筑木结构安全性鉴定及评估的效率和可靠性,将抽样检测和安全性评估有机结合,基于层次分析法和评级法,设计一种快速高效的古建筑木结构安全性评估方法。将一栋古建筑木结构作为一个鉴定单元,分为子单元、构件和构造、检测项目3个层次。子单元可分为地基和台基、上部承重结构和围护结构等,构件和构造可分为重要构件和构造、次要构件和构造以及可忽略构件和构造,检测项目可为重要检测项目、次要检测项目和可忽略检测项目。构件和构造以及子单元的安全性等级评估可根据评分法综合得出或层次分析法计算得出。该方法不仅能减少检测工作量,还有助于技术人员快速找出影响建筑物安全性的因素。案例分析结果显示,所建议的评估方法可行,且能准确反映建筑物所存在的安全隐患。
In terms of improving efficiency and reliability of ancient timber buildings safety assessment and integrating the sampling inspection method with safety assessment process,the paper proposed a new method to estimate the safety degree of ancient timber buildings more quickly and efficiently based on analytical hierarchy process and safety rating-based method. Take a whole ancient timber building as an appraiser system,the system was divided into three levels,containing appraiser sub-systems,structural members and structure,and inspection items. The appraiser subsystems level consisted of foundation and podium,upside bearing structure,and enclosure structure. The structural members and structure level could be divided into three parts,named ordinate structural members and structure,subordinate and negligibleone. The inspection items are same with the structural members and construct levels. The proposed method not only decreases the amount of inspection work,but also helps technicians to find out the critical factors influencing the buildings ’safety degree. It shows from analysis of the engineering case that the proposed assessment method is practicable and applicable.
