民办高校学报在培养青年教师科研能力影响现状的研究——以《广州大学华软软件学院学刊》为例

摘要 为了研究民办高校学报对培养青年教师科研能力影响情况,以本单位学报为例,对本单位83名教师进行问卷调查。调查结果显示,教师对学报比较满意,学报与科研具有相关性,学报在扶持青年教师提升论文水平方面产生了积极的影响,是培养青年教师科研能力的有效平台,但青年教师参与学报的主动性和积极性不够,需要采取一定的举措,提高积极性。 In order to measure the influence of journals on young teachers in the development of research capacity in privately-funded higher institutions, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 83 teachers at South China Institute of Software Engineering GU. The results show the respondents are satisfied with the journal for its positive role in helping young teachers improve the quality of papers and the journal has become an effective platform for the development of young teachers' research capacity. Certain measures are to be carried out to increase young teachers' enthusiasm as they are not active enough to get involved in journal-related work.
