摘要
网络话语权是网络环境下人们自由而平等的表达自身见解、发表言论的权利。新时期,高校思想政治教育的网络话语权呈现主体多元化趋势,面临着前所未有的发展机遇,其话语影响的时空范畴得到拓展、话语传播的对象获得阔深。与此同时,网络话语权也出现了教育者与受教育者沟通失效、教育者把控力度减小、受教育者滥用网络话语权等困境。因此,加强对网络话语权的引导、突出受教育者的主体地位、建立良好的话语沟通平台是提升高校思想政治教育网络话语权的有效途径。
Network discourse power is the right for free and equal expression of people' s own opinions online. In the new era, the network discourse power of ideological and political education in higher learning institutions boasting subjective pluralism, are greeted with an unprecedented opportunity for development in that the temporal and spatial domain of discourse effects are expanded and the objects of discourse communication are enlarged. In the meantime, network discourse power is also confronted with the following difficulties: the communication fail- ure between educators and the educated, the declining control of educators and the abuse of network discourse power on the part of the educated and so on. Therefore, strengthening the guidance of network discourse power, highlighting the position of the educated as main body, and establishing a good communication platform are effec- tive ways to improve the network discourse power of ideological and political education in higher learning institu- tions.
