摘要
追踪教师专业化发展的历程,探寻教师专业化发展的足迹,可以发现教师专业化发展大致按"被动发展——跟从发展——主动发展——反思发展——特色发展"五个层级路径展开。分析教师专业化发展的不同阶段,解析教师专业化发展的层级路径,成为推动教师专业化发展的有效方式。教师在专业化发展之路上,由被动到主动,由跟从到自觉,由从众到特色,实现了专业发展由量的累积到质的飞跃的转变。
By tracing the process of teachers' professional development, exploring the footprint of teachers’ professional development, we can find that teachers’professional development roughly unfold in the form of five levels, from passive development to subordinate development to active development to reflection development to characteristic development. The analysis of the different phases and hierarchy path of teachers' professional development has become the effective way to promote the professional development of teachers. From passive to active, from following to consciousness, from conformity to characteristics, teachers achieve the transformation of professional development from quantity accumulation to qualitative leap.
