摘要
目的总结分析胃间质瘤手术治疗中腹腔镜、胃镜联合应用效果。方法以90例胃间质瘤为研究对象,随机分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例),观察组采用腹腔镜、胃镜联合治疗,对照组采用常规开腹手术治疗,回顾分析两组患者治疗的相关资料。结果观察组在治疗总有效率以及并发症发生率方面和对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于胃间质瘤患者在手术治疗中采用腹腔镜联合胃镜有较好的治疗效果,具有微创治疗的优势,安全性高。
Objective To summarize and analyze the effect of laparoscopy combined with endoscopy in the treatment of gastric stromal tumor. Methods 90 cases of gastric stromal tumors as the research object, were randomly divided into observation group （45 cases ） and control group （45 cases ） . The observation group was treated with laparoscopy and endoscopy. The control group was treated by conventional laparotomy. The data of treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the total effective rate and the complication rate （ P 〈 0.05 ）, which was statistically significant. Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with endoscopy has a better therapeutic effect on gastric stromal tumors. It has the advantages of minimally invasive treatment, high safety and worthy of popularization and application.
