摘要
分别以模拟酚油和工业酚油为原料,采用双溶剂萃取的方法分离酚油中的酚类化合物,考察了溶剂种类、加水量、反萃次数等对分离酚类化合物提纯效果的影响。结果表明,以环丁砜为极性溶剂和正辛烷为非极性溶剂,通过双溶剂萃取的方法,可以使酚油中的中性油质量分数低于0.5%,碱性物质质量分数降到0.5%左右。
Double-solvent extraction method is used to purify phenolic compounds with the simulated phenol oil and industrial phenol oil as raw materials. The effects of different solvents,the amount of solvents,the number of backextraction,etc,on the purification of phenolic compounds are studied. The results show that the double-solvent extraction method can reduce the neutral oil content to less than 0. 5% and alkanline substance content to about 0. 5%,with sulfolane as polar solvent and n-octane as non-polar solvent.
