摘要
介绍了中国科学技术大学生命科学学院开设的系统生物学实验系列课程之一:《不同强度启动子调控基因表达的研究》。通过不同的启动子来调控不同的基因表达,详述了实验操作过程及实践收获。该课程可用于提高学生的综合科研能力,增强学生分析、处理问题的能力,教学效果显著。
Regulation of gene expression by promoters with different strength, which is an experimental curriculum of systems biology in University of Science and Technology of China, is introduced in this paper. We regulated gene expression by promoter with different strength, and recorded the process and the results of these experiments. Through this curriculum, the ability of comprehensive scientific research of student can be improved. The teaching effects are good.
