Th17/Treg balance in maternal-fetal immune tolerance

摘要 正常妊娠中,胚胎的顺利植入和生长需要诱导母-胎界面的免疫耐受状态,一旦这种状态被打破将引起母体对胚胎的排斥而导致多种不良妊娠结局。调节性T细胞(Treg)是维持这一耐受状态的关键,它能通过多种途径抑制免疫效应,诱导蜕膜局部的免疫耐受。同时,Treg细胞和Th17细胞相互制约,趋于平衡,使得蜕膜局部既能具备一定的抵抗外界感染的能力,又能避免胚胎被母体的免疫系统所排斥。本文旨在对Th17和Treg各自的特点及在妊娠期间的相互作用作一综述。 Maternal-fetal immune tolerance is essential for embryo implantation and growing in normal pregnancy. Once the tolerance condition was broken, embryo would be rejected by maternal immune system and adverse pregnancy outcomes may happen. Regulatory T cell (Treg) is a key point in inducing and maintaining the immune tolerance, which can inhibit the immune effect though different methods. At the same time, Treg and Th17 cells get a balanced paradigm by their interaction, and form an immune condition with both ability to fight infection and efficient tolerance towards the embryo. Here we are trying to review the characteristics and interactions of Th17 cells and Treg during pregnancy.
