摘要
工业4.0时代的产业升级要求高职教育跨越式发展,但经济新常态下政府财政收入增幅加速下降,需要调动社会资本投入高职教育的积极性。高职教育具有提供社会公共产品的外部性,资本方作为重要的受益者有义务分担教育成本,实现高职教育超常规发展和资本增殖的共赢。但实践中资本最大化自我增值的逻辑可能会导致高职教育重技术、轻文化、重操作、轻理论、重当下、轻未来、重效率、轻公平,从而遮蔽其促进人自由而全面发展的本质。资本与高职教育之间,勾连是趋势、紧张与遮蔽是当前发展中的现象、平衡是要达致的目的。我们可以从价值约束、宏观制度供给、中观机制建设和微观模式建构等方面入手,探索二者间达成平衡的路径。
Industrial upgrading of the industry 4.0 era requires that leaping development of higher vocational education, but government revenue growth accelerated decline under the economic new normal. Therefore, we should mobilize social capital into the enthusiasm of higher education. Higher vocational education has the externality of providing public products. Therefore, enterprises as an important beneficiary of the obligation to share the cost of education. So as to realize win-win situation of higher vocational education development and capital expansion. Capital has the urge to pursue profit, it could lead to higher vocational education emphasis on technology, despise culture, pay attention to the operation, despise theory, pay attention to the current contempt future, pay attention to efficiency, fairness contempt. The interconnected of capital and vocational education is the development trend. The conflict between them is a phenomenon in the process of development. The balance between them is the purpose that is to be achieved. We can start from the institution supply to explore the path to reach a balance between them.
