摘要
电机的噪声和振动不仅不利于环保,而且会影响电机的可靠性和安全性。从电机的设计和工艺两方面阐述了如何有效降低电机的噪声和振动,并列举了电机生产过程中部分可能遇到的影响电机噪声和振动的具体问题。最后对其中某些重要部分进行了分析,希望能够给电机设计和生产人员提供一定的参考。
Motor noise and vibration are not only not conducive to environmental protection, but also affect the reliability and safety of the motor. How to effectively reduce the noise and vibration of the motor from the two aspects of the design and process of the motor was expounded, and the specific problems of motor noise and vibration effect of motor production process may be encountered were listed, and some important parts were analyzed, hoping to provide some reference to motor design and production personnel.
