摘要
结合医院目前在硬件使用中存在的问题及解决方案，利用VMware虚拟化技术，解决精神病专科医院信息化投入不足与服务器资源浪费的矛盾。详细阐述 VMware虚拟化技术的特点，促进合理使用服务器效能，提高运维效率，提升运维能力，降低运营成本。
Contradictions between investment insufficiency of information and waste of servers resources were solved using VMware virtualization technology in combination with the problems existing in hardware use and solusion at present in mental hospital .Charac‐teristics of VMware virtualization technology were elaborated to promote the rational use of servers effica‐cy ,boost operating maintenance efficiency ,promote operating maintenance capability ,and reduce operating costs .
