摘要
介绍了水性超薄型防火涂料的材料成分与防火阻燃机理,自制了防火涂料的乳液、催化剂、成炭剂、填料等材料,在不同配置比例下制备出不同型号的防火涂料,并进行了实验测试,得出了防火涂料的最佳制备比例。
The material composition and fire retardant mecha- nism of aqueous ultra-thin fireproof coating for steel structure were introduced. The emulsion, catalyst, carbon forming agent and filler of the fireproof coating were made. The fireproof coating with different configuration ratio were made and tested, to get the optimized configuration ratio.
