摘要
目的:比较传统提取法和酶转化法从虎杖中制备白藜芦醇效率。方法:传统提取法采用有机溶剂提取,酶转化法采用水提取酶水解。结果:采用传统提取法,白藜芦醇提取得率为2.69mg/g,采用酶转化法白藜芦醇提取得率为11.53mg/g。结论:酶转化法制备白藜芦醇的效率较高。
Objective：Traditional and enzyme convert methods were compared to prepare Resveratrol from Polygonum.Methods：Organic solvent extraction was used in traditional method.Water extraction and enzymatic hydrolysis were used in enzyme convert method.Results：The extraction yield was 2.69 mg/g by using traditional method.While 11.53 mg/g was accomplished by using enzyme convert method. Conclusion：The enzyme convert method had higher extraction efficiency.
