摘要
目的:比较传统提取法和酶转化法从虎杖中制备白藜芦醇效率。方法:传统提取法采用有机溶剂提取,酶转化法采用水提取酶水解。结果:采用传统提取法,白藜芦醇提取得率为2.69mg/g,采用酶转化法白藜芦醇提取得率为11.53mg/g。结论:酶转化法制备白藜芦醇的效率较高。
Objective:Traditional and enzyme convert methods were compared to prepare Resveratrol from Polygonum.Methods:Organic solvent extraction was used in traditional method.Water extraction and enzymatic hydrolysis were used in enzyme convert method.Results:The extraction yield was 2.69 mg/g by using traditional method.While 11.53 mg/g was accomplished by using enzyme convert method. Conclusion:The enzyme convert method had higher extraction efficiency.
