摘要
日本国立大学招生考试实行国家统一考试与大学自主考试相结合的"复合型"制度。这一制度不仅使大学招生考试实现了国家统一要求与大学个性化要求的融合;而且在促进大学招生自主化、选拔方式多元化发展方面发挥了重要的作用。日本国立大学招生考试在制度模式、招考权力、招生名额分配等方面对我国高考制度改革具有一定的启示和借鉴意义。
The entrance examination of Japan＇s national universities implements the compound system of the combination of the unified national examination and specific examination of every university.This system not only realizes the integration between the general requirements of the country and the re-quirements of the characteristics and distinctions of each university;but also this system plays an impor-tant role in promoting the university＇s decision-making power in enrollment,the flexibility and diversifi-cation of the examination.This system has a great enlightment and reference to the current implementa-tion of university entrance examination system reform of our country in many aspects,such as system mode,recruitment power,enrollment quota allocation and so on.
