摘要
因受场地布置限制,武钢1号高炉自投产以来一直采用四车制上料,批重受限,不能满足生产需求。因此,对高炉上料系统进行了优化,将上料方式由四车制改为五车制,扩大了批重,既保证了高炉稳定顺行,又提高了高炉各项技术经济指标。
Due to the restrictions of space arrangement, four-car system had been adopted in No.1 blast furnace since it started production, which limited the batch weight and could not meet the production requirements.To optimize the charging system, material loading mode was changed from four-car to five-car.Ultimately, batch weight was expanded and blast furnace kept running smoothly, and the technical and economic indexs of blast furnace were enhanced.
