摘要
目的:探讨FATmax运动干预对肥胖老年人体质及心血管机能的影响。方法:60~70岁肥胖老年人33人(男16人,女17人)进行递增负荷试验确定FATmax,以该强度研制处方并进行12周运动干预,干预前后测量BMI、腰臀比、肺活量、握力、选择反应时、坐位体前屈、动态平衡、血压、射血分数、RPP、AI值、VO2max、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白等指标,并对其进行对比。结果:男性肥胖老年人FATmax Rate为0.44±0.14g/min,速度为4.13±0.80kin/h;与干预前相比,干预后BMI、腰臀比、腹部脂肪百分比、内脏脂肪等级、握力、AI值、VO2max、射血分数、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白及低密度脂蛋白均有显著性改善。女性肥胖老年人FATmax Rate为0.32±0.11g/min,速度为3.30±0.67km/h;与干预前相比,干预后体重、BMI、腰臀比、腹部脂肪百分比、握力、收缩压、AI值、VO2max、运动峰值RPP与安静时RPP差值、心输出量、射血分数、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白及低密度脂蛋白均有显著性改善。结论:经12周以FATmax为强度的运动处方的干预,肥胖老年人体质和心血管机能有了较为显著的改善。
Objective tTo evaluate the effects of exercise training at the maximal fat oxidation (FATmax) intensity on physique and cardiovascular function in the obese elderly. Method: Thirty-three obese elderly people (sixteen males,seventeen females and aged 60-70) were recruited as subjects for the study. The FATmax was identified through a graded exercise test for each subject,and a corresponding intensity was applied to design the individualized exercise program for them. Exercise training program lasted 12 weeks. BMI, WHR, vital capacity, grip strength, choice reaction time, sit and reach, the dynamic balance, blood pressure, EF, RPP, AI, VO2max, TG, TC, HDL-C and LDL-C were measured both pre and post the exercise training program. Result :1)The obese old males showed an average FATmax Rate of 0. 44±0. 14g/min and with a running speed of 4. 13 ± 0. 80km/h at the moment. Compared with values obtained pre exercise program, BMI, WHR, abdominal fat percentage, visceral fat level, grip strength, AI, VO2max, EF, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C of the males presented significant improvements (P〈0. 05) post exercise program. 2)The obese old females showed an average FATmax rate of 0. 32±0.11g/min and with a running speed of 3.30±0. 67km/h at the moment. Compared with values obtained pre exercise program, BMI, WHR, abdominal fat percentage, grip strength, SBP, AI, VO2max, RPP difference, cardiac output, EF, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C of the females presented significant improvements (P〈0. 05) post exercise program. Conclusion. Physique and cardiovascular function of the obese elderly improved significantly through a 12-week FATmax exercise based training program.
