摘要
为研究水涝对不同基因型花生品种的影响,本实验以黑珍一号、新化小籽及其杂交01002-7-3组合为材料,在苗期进行正常灌溉(对照)、根部淹涝(含水量10%,40%,70%,100%;时间1 d,3 d,7 d)的处理,测定其主茎高、侧枝长、总分枝数、单株结果数、百果量、百仁量、产量。结果表明,黑珍一号、新化小籽、杂交组合的平均主茎高最高增幅分别为24.5%、33.2%、35.6%,侧枝长增幅分别为43.4%、27.8%、22.8%,总分枝数增幅分别为42.31%、28.8%、24.6%,单株结果数降幅分别为25.0%、5.7%、5.7%,其百果重最高降幅分别为11.6%、14.7%、3.2%,苗期根淹对黑珍一号、杂交组合的百仁重没有显著影响(p>0.05),根淹使得新化小籽的百仁重差异性显著(p<0.05),其最大增、降幅分别为16.9%、17.8%,根淹使得黑珍一号、新化小籽的产量最大降幅分别为32.8%、30.2%、8.68%。根淹40%1 d、10%3 d、40%3 d分别提高黑珍一号、新化小籽、杂交组合的产量16.9%、8.3%、13.6%。
To study the e ffect of waterlogging on different peanut varieties, this experiment materials were Heizhen No.1, Xinhua small seeds and hybrid 01002-7-3 combinations. The processing were normal irrigation(control), the root submergence(water content of 10%, 40%, 70%, 100% and time 1 d, 3 d, 7 d) in seedling. We measured its main stem height, branch length, number of total branches, number of results per plant, mince amount, one hundred kernels, yield. The results showed that the highest increase in average stem high crosses were24.5%, 33.2%, 35.6% of Heizhen No.1, Xinhua small seeds and hybrid combinations, an increase of branch length were 43.4%, 27.8%, 22.8%, total branches the number increases are 42.31%, 28.8%, 24.6%, the number of fruit per plant decline of 25.0%, 5.7%, 5.7%. Their berry weights the highest drop were 11.6%, 14.7%, 3.2%. The seedling root flooded hundred kernel weight were no significant effect of Heizhen No.1 and hybrid combinations(p>0.05), the root flooded hundred kernel weight variation was significantly of Xinhua small seeds(p<0.05), its largest increase and decline were 16.9%, 17.8%. One makes yield of Heizhen No.1 flooded, Xinhua small seed,hybrid combinations maximum decline of 32.8%, 30.2%, 8.68%. Root flooded 40% 1 d, 10% 3 d,40% 3 d increased yield Heizhen No.1, Xinhua small seeds,hybrid combinations of 16.9%, 8.3%, 13.6%.
