摘要
热休克蛋白90(heat shock protein 90, Hsp90)是一组高度保守的ATP依赖型二聚体分子伴侣,具有维持细胞内蛋白构象与功能稳定的作用,也是公认的与应激耐受密切相关的保护性分子之一,参与体内各种信号转导通路。研究发现Hsp90与肿瘤发生、发展、生物学行为及其预后具有密切的关系,或许Hsp90对心血管疾病可能有重要的保护作用。文章从Hsp90构象改变和翻译后修饰两个方面探讨其对内皮型一氧化氮合酶( endothelial nitric oxide synthase, eNOS)活性的影响,以期为其在心血管疾病中的深入研究提供依据。
Heat shock protein 90 ( Hsp90 ) , a highly conserved ATP-dependent dimeric molec-ular chaperone, is one of the protective molecules that correlate with oxidative stress and plays an important role in maintaining stability of cellular protein conformation and function. Recent studies showed that Hsp90 was closely related with tumorigenesis, development, biological behavior and prognosis. Here, in order to examine its protective role in cardiovascular diseases, we review recent advances in the relationship between Hsp90 and endothelial nitric oxide synthase ( eNOS) .
