摘要
为了探讨以牛粪为原材料制备的生物炭对重金属镉污染土壤的钝化修复作用,采用人工模拟重金属镉污染土壤进行盆栽试验,研究分别添加在低温300℃和高温700℃条件下制备的牛粪生物炭,对重金属镉污染土壤p H值、镉含量、镉形态及供试作物中镉含量的影响。结果显示:高温700℃制备的生物炭效果好于低温300℃,与对照值(CK)相比,当两种牛粪生物炭添加量为10 g/kg时处理效果最佳,土壤p H值、镉含量依次升高0.2和0.1、42.2%和21.84%,供试作物中镉含量降低了71.59%和51.22%,酸可提取态镉降低了21.69%和22.89%,残渣态镉含量升高了51.59%和77.71%;牛粪生物炭添加量为2.5g/kg时,Fe-Mn氧化结合态镉、有机结合态镉含量降幅最大,分别为21.88%和14.06%、31.82%和12.12%。牛粪生物炭对重金属镉污染土壤具有良好的钝化修复效果。
In order to explore the effect of biochar prepared from dairy dung as the raw material,on the remediation of soils contaminated by cadmium,this paper utilized pot experiments with simulated contaminated soil,and studied the impact of dairy dung biochar prepared at low temperature(300 ℃) and high temperature(700 ℃) on p H values,content of cadmium,cadmium speciation,and content of cadmium in the crops. The results showed that the biochar prepared at higher temperature(700 ℃) had a better effect than that of lower temperature(300 ℃). Compared with the control group,with their optimized dosage of 10 g/kg,p H values and contents of cadmium in contaminated soil treated by biochar prepared at 300 ℃ and 700 ℃increased by 0. 2 and 0. 1,42. 2% and 21. 84%,respectively; in addition,the content of cadmium in the crops decreased by71. 59% and 51. 22%,respectively; the content of acid-exchangeable fraction and residual fraction had the maximum decrease rate of 21. 69% and 22. 89%,51. 59% and 77. 71%,namely. While the dosage of biochar was at 2. 5 g/kg,the content of Fe-Mn oxide fraction,and organic fraction of cadmium gained their maximum decrease rate of 21. 88% and 14. 06%,31. 82% and 12. 12%,respectively. The results indicated that the dairy dung biochar had remarkable effect on immobilization on soils contaminated with cadmium.
