摘要
通过在磷尾矿充填料浆中添加CaCl_2、PAC、PAM 3种固化剂,分别研究这3种固化剂对充填料浆泌水中SO_4^(2-)和F-含量的影响。结果表明:CaCl_2对SO_4^(2-)固化效果较好,添加4%可使料浆泌水中SO_4^(2-)降到615mg/L,但对F-去除不理想;PAC对F-固化效果较好,添加0.6%时可以将泌水中F-降到3.8mg/L;0.4%的PAC与4%的CaCl_2联用效果较佳,泌水中SO_4^(2-)降到250mg/L以下,F-降到1.0mg/L以下,达到了国家地下水质量的Ⅲ类标准。
The curing effect of SO4^2- and F^- in phosphate tailings filling slurry was studied by using three kinds of curing agents, including calcium chloride, PAC and PAM. The results showed that, adding the 4% of calcium chloride in filling slurry, was favorable to decrease the content of SO4^2- to 615 mg/L, but was not ideal for the removal of F ; PAC had a better effect on curing F^- , and the content of F^- was 3.8 mg/L when added the 0.6% of PAC. Preferable results were achieved by adding the 0.4% of PAC and the 4% of calcium chloride. In this condition, the content of SO4^2- reduced to less than 250 mg/L, and the content of F^- was down to 1.0 mg/L or less, which could comply with the Ⅲ grade of national quality standard for ground water.
