摘要
目的:对消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效进行研究。方法 :选取我院2013年1月-2014年12月诊治的102例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿作为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组,对照组患儿口服蒙脱石散,实验组患儿口服消旋卡多曲颗粒,观察两组患儿疗效和临床症状消失时间。结果:实验组患儿临床症状消失时间整体短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗总有效率78.43%,实验组为94.12%,后者优于前者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎见效快、总有效率高,可在临床中推广。
Objective： To investigate the curative effect of racecadotril particles on rotavirus enteritis. Methods： A total of 102 children with rotavirus enteritis,who visited Xishan People＇s Hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were divided into trial and control groups,and treated with montmorillonite and racecadotril particles by oral route respectively,and observed for ＇curative effect and time when clinical symptoms disappeared. Results： The time disappearance of clinical symptoms in trial group was shorter than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rates in control and trial groups were 78.43% and 94.12% respectively,which showed significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Racecadotril particles are effective in infantile rotavirus enteritis,which are worthy of popularization in clinic.
