摘要
目的研究探讨供应室复用医疗器械的清洗方法,比较不同清洗剂对器械清洗效果的影响,为消毒供应中心器械清洗提供科学依据。方法执行标准预防措施,将随机选取的600件术科复用污染器械进行评估、分类及预处理,随机分为三组,每组200件,分别装载于三种颜色标记的专用清洗篮,按要求分组清洗:实验组(手工+机械清洗),对照组1(传统手工清洗),对照组2(完全机械清洗)。应用目测方法评价清洗后器械表面有无残留血迹、污垢及锈迹,记录清洗不合格器械数量并计算合格率,组间进行统计学比较。结果传统手工清洗组、完全机械清洗组、手工+机械清洗组的合格率分别为78.0%、76.5%、93.0%,实验组与两对照组两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论手工+机械清洗组方法的清洁效果明显优于其他两种方法,其能保证器械清洗和灭菌成功,降低医院感染率,同时缩短清洗时间,减轻工作人员的劳动强度,提高工作效率,延长器械的使用寿命。解决目前供应室回收的复用医疗器械数量大,种类多,污染严重等问题。
objective to study the supply room cleaning method of reusing medical equipment is discussed,and compared the effects of the different detergent for equipment cleaning equipment for disinfection supply center will provide a scientific basis for cleaning.Methods to perform standard precautions,pollution will be randomly selected from 600 skill multiplexing equipment evaluation,classification and pretreatment,were randomly divided into three groups,each group of 200 pieces of loading respectively in three kinds of color tag special cleaning basket,grouping as required cleaning:the experimental group(manual + mechanical cleaning),control group 1(traditional manual cleaning),control group 2(completely mechanical cleaning).Visual inspection method is applied to evaluate after cleaning equipment surface had residual blood,dirt and rust,unqualified records cleaning equipment quantity and calculate the percent of pass,statistical comparison between groups.Results the traditional manual cleaning,mechanical cleaning completely group,manual+mechanical cleaning group qualified rate respectively 78.0% and 76.5% and 93.0%,the experimental group compared with two controls two,differences were statistically significant(all P 0.05).Conclusion manual+group mechanical cleaning method of cleaning effect is better than the other two methods,it can ensure that the equipment cleaning and sterilization,reduce the hospital infection rate,shorten the cleaning time,at the same time reduce the labor intensity of workers,improve work efficiency,prolong the service life of equipment.To resolve the supply room recycling reuse of large number of medical apparatus and instruments,variety,serious pollution and other issues.
