冻融与混合氯盐作用下混凝土抗冻性试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究寒区混凝土结构在混合氯盐融雪剂冻融环境下的抗冻性衰变规律,采用快冻法,选用NaCl:CaCl_2:MgCl_2质量比分别为6:2:2和6:3:1,以及纯NaCl共3种氯盐溶液作为冻融介质,并以水冻作为对照,对混凝土进行了冻融试验,测定质量损失率、相对动弹性模量、抗压强度等指标随氯盐融雪剂种类和冻融循环次数的变化规律。试验结果表明:氯盐加快了混凝土剥蚀进程和质量损失速度,一定程度上抑制了动弹性模量衰减,但对抗压强度影响不太显著。混合氯盐对混凝土的冻融破坏影响小于纯NaCl,一定程度上可以缓和盐冻破坏。 To study the frost resistance of concrete structure with cyclic freeze-thaw subjoining mixed chloride in cold area. Fast freeze-thaw tests were carried out on concrete with mixed chloride solution NaCl : CaCl2 : MgCl2 mass ratio was 6:2:2 and 6 : 3 : 1, pure NaC1 solution and pure water. The mass loss rate, relative dynamic elastic modulus, compressive strength were measured to find the changes law with freeze-thaw cycle times and solutions. The results show that chloride accelerated the concrete erosion and improve the mass loss rate, inhibited the dynamic elastic modulus attenuation, but the impact on the compressive strength is not significant. The damage of concrete in mixed chloride is less than that of pure NaCl, to some extent, mixed chloride can alleviate the damage of concrete from pure NaCl.
