摘要 为提高电动机定子检测精度,优化人力资源配置,提高生产效率,对潜油电动机定子校直进给装置进行改进。设计了一种定子内表面直线度传感器自动进给装置,该进给装置采用步进电动机作为动力源,并配套控制系统,结合经过特殊设计的传动系统和牵引系统,可实现对传感器探头轴向位置的精确控制,装置结构紧凑,安装维护便利。从工厂应用的反馈得知,装置轴向定位误差完全满足产品质量要求,并对不同型号的电动机定子具有较好的适应性。 In order to improve the detection accuracy, optimize the disposal of human resources, enhance productivity, reduce labor intensity, the feed equipment for submersible motor stator linearity adjusting should be modified. So, design scheme of automatic feed equipment for cylinder internal surface measuring system is put forword. The automatic feed equipment, which driven by a stepping motor, combined with control system, special designed transmission system and traction system, can achieve precise control in axial displacement for sensor probe. The equipment is easy to assemble and maintain. Judging from the operator feedback, axial positioning error of the equipment can fully meet the quality requirement, and it has good adaptability for different models of stator.
