用腰椎后入路手术治疗三节段腰椎管狭窄症的效果研究

摘要 目的 :探讨用腰椎后入路手术治疗三节段腰椎管狭窄症的临床效果。方法 :对近年来在我院进行腰椎后入路手术的30例三节段腰椎管狭窄症患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究,对比治疗前及治疗后其JOA的评分与并发症的发生情况。结果 :治疗后这30例患者JOA的评分明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。他们均未出现术后感染、钉棒断裂或松动、神经损伤及深静脉血栓等并发症。结论 :用腰椎后入路手术对三节段腰椎管狭窄症患者进行治疗可以明显地提高其治疗效果,降低其并发症的发生率。
