摘要
介绍了一种基于KL25的直流电压测量和温度控制系统,并详细阐述了系统的原理和方法。系统主要采用飞思卡尔KL252128芯片、AD623、DS18820和半导体制冷片,在进行测试之后能实现3路16位0~330mV的AD采集,测量误差小于5.O%,控制恒温的误差低于0.50℃,控温范围在0~30℃。
Introduces a DC voltage measurement and elaborates the principle and method of the system temperature control system based on KL25, and in detail. The system mainly used Freescale KL25Z128 chips, AD623, DS18B20 and semiconductor chiling plate. After the tests, the system could achieve 0~330 mV AD measurement by 3 channels with 16 bits, measuring errors below 5.0%, error of stable temperature controlling less than 0.50 ℃. range of temperature 0~30 ℃.
