本文详细介绍了分段测量钢轨三雏残余应力之方法,再用有限元迭代处理,对泊松比影响加以修正。描述了其原理和步骤,并给出了三根不同运量AP1轨的残余应力值和分布。
This paper introduces a method for measuring three dimensional residual stresses in rail segments. The effect of Poisson coefficient is considered and corrected by employing finite element iterative method. Principles and procedures of the measuring method are described. Residual stress values and their distribution on three (3) AP1 rails with different service experiences are given.
