摘要
探讨广义加性模型在新农合住院报销数据的统计分析中的应用,进行完善新农合医疗基金运行研究.收集福建省安溪县2005年1月1日至2014年12月31日的住院报销数据,利用R软件对按报销级别进行整理后的数据通过广义加性模型拟合并预测后面两年的实际报销金额.模型显示报销人数、可报销金额与因变量呈复杂的非线性关系,而报销级别、报销年份以参数形式进入模型更为适宜,光滑参数图也提供了详实的信息.广义加性模型是探索新农合报销数据间复杂关系的有力工具,依据分析结果建议适当拉大各报销级别补偿比例的差距,让实际补偿资金得到更有效率的使用.
The discussion on the application of the generalized additive model in the sta- tistical analysis of the reimbursement data of hospitalization expenses in the NRCMS would contribute to the study of the improvement of the operation of the NRCMS fund. Collecting the hospitalization reimbursement data spanning from January 1, 2005 till December 31, 2014 in the NRCMS of Anxi County of Fujian province and arranges these data according to the reimbursement ranking system, using the generalized additive model to fit them by R software so as to predict the actual reimbursement amount for the following two years. The model show- ing that the number of persons for reimbursement, the eligible reimbursement amount and the dependent variable have a complex nonlinear relationship; the ranking of reimbursement and the year of reimbursement in the form of parameter in the model are more appropriate; smooth parameter map also provides detailed information. The generalized additive model is a powerful tool to explore the complex relationship between the reimbursement data in the NRCMS,according to the analysis result, the gap between the reimbursement proportions in each reimbursement rank should be appropriutely widened so that the more efficient use of the actual compensation fund would be realized.
