摘要
随着互联网的迅速发展,网络文学作为一种文化现象正在不断崛起,在丰富人们精神文化生活的同时却不断遭受版权危机。由于网络文学版权与传统版权的特点不同,相关立法虽已基本成型,但保护效果仍差强人意。加强对网络文学作品版权的保护应多管齐下,从源头到执法采取全面措施共同打击网络盗版。
With the rapid development of the internet, network literature as a cultural phenomenon is rising, while enriching people＇s spiritural and cultural life, it has been subjected to the copyright crisis. Because of the characteristics of copyright of network literature and traditional copyright, legislation has been basically formed, but the protective effect is just passable. Strengthen the protection of the copyright of network literature works should be multipronged, from the source to the law enforcement to take comprehensive measures to combat online piracy.
