摘要
创新实践平台是当前大学生开展专业活动的主要支撑,校企合作是培养应用型人才的重要举措。融合企业工程项目指导学生开展创新实践活动是培养电子电气应用型人才改革的尝试,依托创新平台推行导师制开展实践活动,把握过程细节考核和开发虚拟实验系统,再融合校企合作项目编写项目化教材和模拟企业考核。经过七年实践探索,泰州学院学生参与创新实践活动覆盖面达57.1%,能够独立发表论文和申请专利授权,多次获得省级和国家级奖项,实现高质量就业和自主创业,主动回馈母校,已经形成了比较成熟的电子电气应用型人才培养体系,充分验证了改革培养方案的科学合理性。
Innovation practice platform is the main support of professional activities of the current college students. University-enterprise cooperation is an important way to cultivate practical talents. Integration project guides students to carry out the innovation practice activity. It attempts to cultivate applied talents of the electronics, from relying on the innovation platform to implement tutor system in practice, to grasp the process and detail evaluation and development of virtual experiment system. After seven years of exploration and practice, students participate in the innovative activities of coverage up to 57.1%. They can independently publish papers and apply for patents, having won several provincial and national awards, and having achieved high quality employment and self-employment. The students take the initiative back to his alma mater. The system of training applied talents of electronics has formed, fully proving the scientific rationality of training scheme.
