摘要 阿姆河右岸B区、C区和南约洛坦区块均为高温高压高产高含硫酸性气田,油气井测试过程中存在设备超压、刺漏、腐蚀和硫化氢有毒气体泄漏等风险。针对阿姆河右岸区块和南约洛坦区块的气藏特性,总结研究了适合这一区域的试油工艺方式,包括射孔+测试(酸化)联作管柱优化和地面测试流程优化等。井下测试管柱优化后,经实际应用,成功率达95%;地面流程优化后,实际应用成功率100%。 The B region,C region of the right bank of the Amu Darya and South Lolotan block are acid gas field with high temperature,high pressure and high content of sulfate,in the process of well test to where,there are risks of equipment overpressure,leakage,corrosion and leakage of toxic gases such as hydrogen sulfide. According to gas reservoir characteristics at the right bank of the Amu Darya and South Lolotan block,oil testing process for this area,including perforation + test( acidification) combination string optimization and surface testing process optimization has been summarized and researched to meet the operation requirements of acidification displacing fluid,down-hole tools and circulating to kill well in oil and gas well with high pressure,high temperature,high yield and high content of sulfur.
