摘要
餐厨油烟中不但含有多种有害物质,同时也含有丰富的余热。给出了可用于回收油烟余热的四种装置:水强制循环式油烟余热回收装置、水自然循环式油烟余热回收装置、热管-水箱型油烟余热回收装置和热管-夹套型油烟余热回收装置。介绍了四种油烟余热回收装置的结构、工作原理和基本特点。分析表明,热管-夹套型油烟余热回收装置可在回收油烟余热的同时,对油烟中有害成分实现较好的净化,具有较好的综合优势。
Kitchen fume contains not only a variety of harmful substances, but also rich waste heat. Four devices for recovering the waste heat in fume are offered: forced water circulation system, natural water circulation system, heat pipe-tank system, and heat pipe-jacket system. The structures, working principles and basic characteristics of the four kinds of waste heat recovery devices are introduced. The analysis shows that the heat pipe-jacket system for fume waste heat recovery has good comprehensive advantages, with high fume waste heat recovery and harmful components removing efficiency.
